Function
Cycle
The cycle advances only while the circle's chunk is active and does not follow world time. Its stages are:
0 ticks: maximum mana gain. 6,000 ticks: zero. 12,000 ticks: maximum mana loss. 18,000 ticks: zero. At 24,000 ticks, the cycle returns to maximum gain and repeats.
Every CHRONAL_EXCHANGE_BLOCK_CYCLE ticks, the circle applies the current integer from its cycle. CHRONAL_EXCHANGE_MANA_GAIN_LOSS sets the value at both peaks; fractions are rounded toward zero.
Mana gain
Positive values restore the caster's personal mana up to maximum.
Mana loss
Negative values draw from personal mana, carried gems, and nearby circuits. Nothing is taken if they cannot cover the full cost or the caster is unavailable.
