Usage
Use Fae Essence on a block face to place a blank Fae circle in the adjacent space. Using it directly on Spell Cloth creates the circle on the cloth. One Fae Essence is consumed.
Add the three powdered catalysts as usual. A scroll created by a Fae can be used by any player. A circle created by a Fae is unowned, making it useful for automation. The first player to right-click the circle claims it and pays its later mana costs.
The owner of a Mana Circuit can right-click it with Fae Essence to toggle shared access. Shared circuits may supply mana to other users.
